Mr Re has been involved as a Director for a number of publicly listed and unlisted companies involving transactions in property development and investment, technology, education, mining exploration and production, and the renewable energy industry. Mr Re has been directly involved in Raising Capital, Merger & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offers and Reverse Takeovers for various ASX listed companies and unlisted property syndicates over the years. Mr Re is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Institute of Company Directors. Mr Re is the Chairman and one of the founders of the charity organisation, The Better Life Foundation WA.

Bert Mondello has more than 20 years experience across both the private and public sectors. An as Executive, Mr Mondello has substantial capital markets experience and knowledge of equity markets having participated in company restructures, IPOs, RTOs, investor placements and seed raisings. With experience spanning the retail and institutional sectors and extensive knowledge of marketing communications and investor relations, Mr Mondello has provided strategic corporate advice to a number of organisations across multiple industries.
Mr Mondello holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Notre Dame, Australia.
Director & Head Of Corporate Taxation
Marco Russo is a Director and Head of Corporate Taxation of Regency Corporate.
Marco is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 13 years’ experience in the accounting profession, where he has been responsible for a broad range of clients across a range of industries. Marco has represented private and public companies in various sectors with an emphasis on accounting, taxation, strategy, due diligence and general business advisory.
He currently volunteers his time through the provision of pro-bono professional services and as Finance Director of the Meridian Global Foundation and Zero2Hero.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Chartered Accountant, a Registered Company Auditor and holds a Certificate of Public Practice.Chris has over 20 years professional and commercial experience, most recently being Director of Audit & Corporate Services for nine years at Bentleys in WA. During this time, the practice grew to be a leading advisor to the mining sector and was recognised as one of the top three firms in WA to be involved in the IPO market (which included the Big 4), specialising in small caps. This also resulted in the practice becoming a preferred supplier in the audit market to mining explorers and SME’s.Chris also served on the Bentleys Audit Technical Advisory Committee and played a leading role in the implementation of an auditing methodology that is compliant with Australian Auditing Standards and which has been reviewed by ASIC. Chris also was involved in the development of Quality Control procedures within the practice.
In addition to the above, Chris’ previous experience included eight years as Senior Audit Manager in another National accounting practice and two years in the commercial sector, where he was Financial Accountant for the MG Kailis Group and Marlows Limited.Chris has provided audit and corporate services to listed companies, large and small proprietary companies, aged care organisations, charitable and religious organisations, schools, government departments and agencies, and variable outgoings and trust accounts.
Stuart is a CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with over 20 year’s extensive experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies.
He has extensive experience across many industries focusing on Corporate & Financial Management, Strategy & Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investor Relations & Corporate Governance, having held office positions including that of Director, CFO & Company Secretary of ASX listed companies. Stuart have been providing specialist financial and corporate consulting services to a number of public and private companies for 10 years, skills brought together after being a Director in a corporate advisory firm that specialised in taking companies to the path of listing on the ASX. His in-depth experience can be applied particularly in an emerging growth company where he has partnered with the CEO to support delivery of strategic goals and market share. His services and experience are well utilised across all areas of a company where they complement the financial, operational and strategic plans.
Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer
Driven finance and risk management professional with proven ability to take ownership of an organisation’s finance and compliance functions. ‘Big 4’ Chartered Accounting background paired with experience in technology and mining exploration and development activities.
Diverse industry experience (oil and gas, construction, superannuation, government, mining, mining services and retail) both as a restructuring specialist and as an auditor.
Mr Orgnoni has skills extending across corporate finance, investment banking and research analysis. He has gained extensive experience working across the private and public sectors, in particular offering corporate advisory services and corporate finance analysis for various private and publicly listed companies. He has provided key strategic advice across several M&A transactions, RTOs and IPOs locally and abroad.
With significant commercial experience across European and Australian private and capital markets, he has worked closely with and has provided adversarial services to a number of companies spanning from civil engineering, education, technology, bio technology and real estate. Mr Orgnoni holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, Italy.
Marie graduated with distinction from the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2010, with a Master of Professional Accounting. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University at Hayward. Ms Ottley is an accountant with Regency Corporate. Her corporate accounting and bookkeeping experience has been with ASX-listed education, exploration and technology companies.
Liszt is a Certified Practising Accountant with 10 years experience in various accounting and taxation roles. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University, majoring in Accounting.
Liszt has provided financial reporting, management accounting, ASIC compliance and taxation services to public and private companies.
Reena has worked over the past 10 years in accounting & finance, administration, commercial and operations management roles with public and private companies in Australia and abroad.
Over this time, Reena has gained invaluable experience in general accounting, corporate finance, strategic and operations management, Quality Management system (QMS) commercial and business administration in various industries including technology & telecommunications, hospitality, gas & LPG, healthcare insurance and business process outsourcing (BPO).
Reena holds a BSc Banking & Finance and MBA in international Management from the University of London and graduated with a Master of Professional Accounting from Curtin University. In addition, Reena has also completed her lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
